Home / About

Raabta means connection.
That is the whole business.

An importer in Doha and a groundnut farmer in Gujarat have no way to reach each other. We are the line between them.

How we work

Fixed contracts. Held quotes. Dates we can meet.

We work on fixed contracts rather than spot speculation, which means our quotes hold and our shipping dates are ones we can actually meet. Buyers get a named contact for the life of the order; growers get paid on agreed terms.

Every lot leaves with a retained counter-sample and a complete document set, so a dispute can be settled with evidence instead of argument.

Sourcing runs through direct grower relationships, farmer producer organisations and licensed mandi traders — which keeps traceability intact from district of origin to discharge port.

What we stand behind

Three commitments on every consignment.

Commitment 01

The spec is the spec

What was agreed in the contract is what gets packed. Grading happens before packing, not after a complaint — and counter-samples are retained from every lot.

Commitment 02

Paperwork travels complete

Phytosanitary, origin, fumigation and destination-specific certificates ship with the goods. No consignment waits at a port for a missing document.

Commitment 03

One named contact

From enquiry to discharge, the same person answers your calls. No handoffs between departments, no starting the story over.
